Artist's notes
This quote is undoubtedly one of my favorites and when I was considering what animal to put with it, I happened to glance down at one of my own cats sleeping on his back in the sun and oblivious to all around him. The pose was perfect and I translated the inspiration to a male lion, which just seemed to fit the quote perfectly.
